Production Notes
Each embroidery will be embroidered on 100% cotton fabric and in the color referenced in the pictures on the website. You can request a different background color by clicking on the Personalization Instructions box. We do not guarantee we can match the fabrics in the appliques shown on the website. If we can not find that particular fabric we will find one that has the same color scheme. We will also hoop the embroidery in either a circular or oblong wooden hoop.
Freight Notes
Each embroidery will be shipped in at least a 14 x 15 x 3 box and protected by bubble wrap. The customer is responsible for paying the freight by choosing the freight type at checkout. Emails will be sent in each phase of production and shipping letting you know where we are in the process of creating and sending the final product.
Personalization Notes
If you elect to personalize the order, we ask that you make that choice at checkout and leave the instructions in the Personalization Instructions box when ordering. We will create a draft of the embroidery with your instructions and send it to you for final approval before we stitch out the final product.
